He is responsible for all research and development departments at BITZER worldwide. Rainer has worked for 25 years with BITZER and even longer experience in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. Prior to his current position he had various positions in Application Engineering and Advanced Research Engineering. He has been a member of the EPEE Steering Committee since 2009.

He joined Dehon Group in 2015 after 20 years at Accenture and has been a member of EPEE’s Steering Committee since 2020, currently serving as Treasurer.
